April Yoga Philosophy Focus:
(restraint, control, cessation, stopping)
Free yourself from anxiety and stress by
learning to cease the ruminating mind with the
methods of Yoga. The postures (asanas) and
breathing techniques (pranayama) are 'tools'
used to release tension and take control of
your thoughts. Mental and physical strength
are gained with a consistent practice of Yoga,
beginning with  'stopping' habitual patterns
and consciously creating new, healthier ones.
